ROBOTIC FRAME EMPTYING CELL

The robotic frame emptiyng cell system is designed to automate and speed up the emptying of pasta drying trays, fulfilling the automation desire of all companies that wish to preserve the artisanal quality that distinguishes their production.

The system is designed and built according to the customer's requirements; dimensions, space, and trolley layout are specifically tailored to meet all needs.

Using a special gripper, also designed based on the type of tray, the six-axis anthropomorphic robot picks up the trays, with the option of single or double pick-up. The pasta can be emptied from the front or side of the tray. Trolley changes are quick and easy, with the option of implementing automatic insertion.

The purchase of this type of system is eligible for government incentives, such as the INAIL (National Institute for Accident Prevention and Workplace Safety) call for proposals for strenuous work, accident prevention, and workplace safety.
