ECO 3 C
|
Eco 3C has been thought to wrap a square bottom bag with a cardboard band, bent on the top and stuck with glue and/or metal rivets (optional).
For this particular application the machine has been designed with four separate basic subsets, which differ from each other and communicate through integrated onboard electronics. The first subset is the packaging machine: an asynchronous EcoSpeedy, smaller than usual for reasons of space, which produces square bottom bags filled with product; the second subset picks the cardboard bands and form them above a catenary, driven by a brushless motor, that moves the bags made by the packaging machine to the pneumatic cardboard bending groups – the third subset – while the fourth coincides with the device inserting the rivets, driven by step motors. ![]()
